Bidra med feedbackWorse Chipotle ever. I've had orders with wrong ingredients, don't know how, especially if ordered thru the app. Last visit, they gave me dark rotten guacamole and a bug to enjoy my meal. I would rather leave 0 stars.
This chipotle is horrible! Every time we order this our orders are wrong. Food is not up to par. It's as if the people that work there social life is more important than the quality of the food they are serving. Management needs to step up. Ever since they moved to the new location this place has went down hill
This business has moved to 500 w. North Ave. Melrose Park IL this business customer is subpar and the manager there Ms. Herrera is a very rude person. I mistakenly ordered two burritos instead of my usual two burrito bowls and the manager refused to remake my food or even try and rectify the situation so I asked for a refund she refused that as well. Please never patronize this business the food is always under cooked and the staff attitudes stink
Couldn't place order inside because they were only accepting online orders.Weird.
Horrible experience/ service. I paid 6 dollars for the guac and found Avocado skin within my gauc. Highly disappointed. Don't go to this location. They don't care about the quality of the product they're putting out.
