Easy beans does not mean take them off. Why allow customizations in the app if they will not be honored?

They forgot almost all of out nacho cheeses and barely filled uo the ones they did give us, the nach fries were old and disgusting this place does not care what they feed people and the managers need to start hiring people who actually know how to do there job. this is why i go to the tacobell on haubstadt

Messed up a fairly simple order from me in the drive thru and then made me wait 45 mins inside while they continued to take drive through orders. There are 2 of us just waiting here. *Add-on to my review, it has now been 1.5 hours and they are still making other peoples orders and me and this other guy is still here. I will be contacting corporate.

Literally waited for 40 minutes before leaving because they weren’t even close to being done with my food. employee out in the parking lot just talking away on her phone. Clearly not well staffed.

Cooks in the kitchen need some help. Got a few cheese roll ups and not only did it have lettuce on it, but maybe a pinch of cheese. I know it's a cheaper item, but good lord. Luckily the lady at the drive thru is always nice. Only gave the service a 5 due to the person in the drive thru.
