Gelato Messina - Melbourne

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Messina is consistent and well known around Melbourne (and even Australia? for its gelati. Had a triple scoop cup for $10 and it was spot on. I also had an espresso for $2 which has to be the cheapest coffee in Melbourne? And it was a **** good drop with a nice crema. I walked 3 kilometers from my hotel to try the ice cream here. Two large scoops of ice cream cost only 8 yuan, and three scoops are just 10 yuan (although I couldn't eat any more, haha). The Dulce de Leche and Vanilla flavors are both excellent, with a creamy texture that isn't too sweet. The store has a comfortable environment, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your ice cream slowly after a long walk. The two lovely lady clerks are attentive and friendly. Messina never misses! Pistachio praline and macadamia crunch are my favourites.
