I went to Blue Ginger on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere of this small restaurant. The food was fresh and flavorful, with a menu offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
I ordered a vegetarian noodles soup and a fried spring roll dish. The taste was fabulous! According to what the owner said, the spring rolls were handmade from rice paper originally from the Northern of Vietnam, which set it apart from other ordinary spring rolls. It was more crunchy and tasty. The only downside was the long wait. It might be because of the lockdown and the short of staffs, so totally understandable. Price was okay, not very competitive. Overall, this is a good Vietnamese restaurant in Carnegie that you should try out.
Honestly I’d give it a 3.5. Atmosphere was amazing. Service was amazing. The pho broth was amazing but sadly the meat had no taste . It’s as if it was boiled separated and added separately. Also they charge extra for bean sprouts which is pretty sad. The baobabs were really nice nice, my friend got the stir fried noodles with beef. Was alright as I could see but tbf it was her fault for ordering the most basic thing on the menu. Also got the side mixture platter thing. The roles were nice but the rest were basic and store bought. So overall I’d say 3.5. Overall not worth the price.
Ordem of delivery. visbr/ ≤br/ really gostei do rolo de papel de rice de frango, especially that havia cupino finmente cut inside, não jot overstuffed com macarrão de vermicelli como some outros locales. just sugestão é place less hortelã como era um pouco overpowering mas o molho também foi delicious.
