Bidra med feedbackMy husband ordered a half a chicken dog yellow rice red beans and corn he got a half a chicken white black beans white rice no corn I ordered a choppy bowl with double chicken yellow rice red beans tomatoes corn onions and three cilantro garlics I got white rice black beans no cilantro so the whole order is messed up I need them to replace my order ASAP the delivery man was wonderful but Pollo Tropicana messed up our order and we want a refund or replace our order
I ordered the loaded tostones and a bowl with no beans. They gave me a small bowl of stuff mixed together that had beans and my bowl I ordered but it also came with beans. Never got my topped tostones
Try it. very dissatisfied. will not be back. long they wait for the journey through. it seemed as if almost half of the menu points were not available. they forgot our curtains. that was very dry. none of their sauces was on camp, except a container of bbq, which my wife and I shared to be in a position to clean dry. Look at them before they get out of business. I couldn't imagine a business so bad lasted much longer.
I don't know what's going on with this specific location, but it's by far the worst Pollo Tropical I've been to service wise. They never have inventory. The wait is ridiculously long (drive thru and dine in). I tried the mobile order 45 worth of food) and when I got there I was told they have no chicken, steak or shrimp and it won't be ready until another hour. Was given my receipt for a refund for the mobile order and its been 3 weeks and nothing. This falls on management and ownership. This place is in need of a drastic change.
The only Pollo Tropical where I have eaten that the food and the service are terrible. We are lovers of this restaurant's recipes, but the one in this location is a total disaster: small portions, served with poor presentation, the service is slow, and the meals do not taste how they usually taste in Pollo Tropical. They should close it
