I would like to give Marcus a cry for his ad of great customer service. The restaurant was very busy with quite long waiting times. Some customers around me were thrilled and showed their dissatisfaction for their waiting period. Marcus was the one who brought the food to the waiting guests. He was very professional and had such a great attitude even if it wasn't easy. What a great team member you have. And Marcus, I know how hard it is to serve moving customers and you are a rare jewel and a superstar! Go on! I appreciated your work.

Even if they're busy, everyone seems to be annoying and doing their best! I mean, we need a lot more Chick-fil-As in our area, but this place was always pleasant to me. I had to pick up some chicken biscuits for a bunch of teachers. I was early and they had it ready for me very quickly. I also observed that the manager of his breakfast helps several times.

The wafers are one of the best things while their sandwiches are OK, with nothing more than a $4-5 sandwich for this price. I know people like their honey bq sauce, but their too sweet for me. You can avoid the long journey by picking up line of cars by going personally and placing your order there.
