I will remember my lamb mice, whose meat melts with its delicate spicy sauce served on a hot plate with its delicious potato purée another carrot and its cooked vegetable pts perfectly! I also liked the fine apple cake tornado with calvados and its vanilla ice ball. ps: Even if I don’t really regret my dish, I had the regret not to find the calf of horn burning calf with cognac! I had seen it on one of the pictures of the map (Google site) and I was looking forward to finally enjoying this dish that we no longer find. and it is a shame!
