Dal makhni is a very common north indian dish but extremely delicious at the same time. A lot of times restaurants overcook the lentils which make the dal very mushy but the newly opened sagar ratna’s dal was perfectly cooked. The spices was adequate and the texture was nice and creamy.The kadhai paneer tasted really good and the spices was balanced. The paneer was soft. A perfect and all time favourite dish for lunch/dinner.
