Mcdonald's - Medway

I came in to get a singular banana milkshake and it took 15 minutes to be made. I’m so disappointed in it. People who had ordered huge meals after me were getting served before me, I had food from another restaurant which is now cold because of the wait for a milkshake. Also by the time I got my milkshake it was warm.

Nice clean friendly restaurant ,Staff always willing to to help ,Food always very good .well worth a visit .Family friendly.

**** service, too busy chatting to friends to serve tables. Absolutely useless. Making a child wait 20mins for a milkshake. Disgusting service and treatment of customers.

I order from just eat MacDonald . I order filet o fish I put on the app no sauce on it I was very unhappy customer

Avoid unless you like complete different order and missing items every time you order. It's shocking how many times they fail at their job. Customer service is rude and non existent and they blame uber or uber blame McDonald's. Definitely the worst McDonald's and a bit of advice to McDonald's....... Read the order Take care when putting the order together Check the order before sending Don't send out cold food and make sure the hot drink is hot..... And repeat for every order. This Maccys is more consistent at missing items or sending wrong items than getting an order right. It is every time.
