Great customer service! I was having trouble finding my rewards account, and the lady very kindly and patiently helped me figure it out. The food came out fast and was very good! Portions are a tad bit small, but taste amazing! I love eating at Jaco Taco every time I visit Media! My daughter loves the Baco Taco , and the braised short ribs tacos, rice bowls, and burritos are delicious! The mango smoothie and the mean green juice are some other favs of ours.

Ordered a pick up order today and had a horrible experience at the counter. When I went to retrieve the order the man at the counter rudely yelled at me. I was not aware we did not take our own orders, and the man certainly did not express any kindness in telling me he would hand me my order. It’s quite easy to be kind, but clearly jaco does not teach their employees that. Food was good, but would rather go somewhere where the employees don’t loudly make fun of you to other customers.

I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love these for multiple reasons. Will definitely try this place again. But will try something else next time off the menu. These were the short rib tacos. They did give good amount of meat that was a positive.

Miriam was super rude and made all of my friends feel super uncomfortable in the establishment. I would not recommend this location to anyone she had bad energy and brings the restaurant down . Thanks to her all the locations of this restaurant ratings are going down because of her rude behavior smh. Also definitely if you are a POC she’ll be even more ruder . All the staff in there are horrible .
