I asked the staff if they could prepare an acai bowl with water instead of soy milk, as I try to avoid soy as much as possible, and they happily accommodated my request. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. I noticed a review mentioning that the employees sometimes stare and shout at children to stay away from the toppings. While that may be unpleasant, it's understandable given that this is a frozen yogurt shop and theft can be a problem. Whether it's children or adults, it’s important for everyone to respect the toppings and the space.
