The Commons - Medford

Oh my lord! This was the first time trying THE MELT food truck which is parked down by the commons and outsider coffee. The special today was this chicken parmesan grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoe basil bisque. The sandwich had this really amazing permesean crust and tons of gooey mozzarella cheese! I dipped my sandwich in the bisque and it was an absolute delight. This was hot, fresh and soooo good! The flavors blew my taste buds away. The crunchy texture of the sandwich cannot be beat. Overall this was the best grilled cheese that I have ever eaten! I look forward to coming back for more! 5 Stars!!!

My son and I chose to drive from Spokane to experience this particular food truck (and I live in Oklahoma! and it was more than worth the trip to enjoy Hailey's masterpieces. Not only was the food incredible, but owner Hailey was super sweet took time to chat with us after the line slowed down. I chose the parmesan crusted Standard with tomato basil soup and enjoyed dipping the superb grilled cheese into the savory thick soup. Amazing!!! My son tried the Jalapeno Popper (popular right now with tater tots because they were sold out of the Apple Gouda. He loved it and will definitely return on another trip, hopefully, in the very near future. Thanks, Hailey Tyler, for the best food truck lunch I've had???? Magnificent!! Now, any chance you would consider opening one in Oklahoma?

Don?t come here unless you want disappointment or you just love having your time wasted. They never have the BBQ Melt. Today I waited 38 minutes to place an order with only 5 people in front of me. Sadly I only have an hour lunch, so I had to walk away when I was next in line because I was thoroughly convinced they couldn?t get me my food with the remaining 12 minutes I had before I had to walk back to work.

A BbQ Melt as a Cubano? Absolutely one of the best melts I've ever eaten.

This was a great place to get lunch! Our meal was served with a happy face and the food was delicious and priced reasonably. Allergy friendly too.
