Subway - Mechanicsville

Many of you might know that I previously gave a negative review of this particular subway sandwich shop. While my comments were largely accurate at the time, I've decided to remove the review so that the business can continue to thrive. I stand by my initial feelings, but I realize that my expression of those feelings was not appropriate. While I won't apologize for my sentiments, I do want to clarify my reasons for voicing them. Much of what I said was true, but I should have kept my thoughts to myself. While it may not be the absolute best subway location, it’s actually quite good, despite what I previously stated.

Guy making wrap was rude and not interested in making it as I asked. He persuaded me to eat what he did, it wasn't good at all. will not go back!

I regularly come to this subway with my 90-year-old grandmother. they know them! they already know what they want to order and they always care about their needs! recently I visited another subway in the opposite and they were not friendly and ready to work with my oma! I couldn't be happier with the service I received on this subway! Many thanks for having every person experience unforgettable and joyful!

The quality of the food and restaurant is good, however the employees up there need to learn some manners. In particular, this one black woman who is in there most mornings is quite rude and snappy towards me, and even at my grandson once. The way she prepares my sandwich seems rushed and seems to make the sandwich in an angry manner. Never would I come back here unless either changes are made with the staff in general, or that the black woman who I've dealt with is fired.

I ordered a foot-long sharp Italian for my mother, and when I brought it home, she said it was really good. She's quite particular about her sandwiches, so that’s a big compliment. I got a six-inch turkey sub, and it was very flavorful. The bread was delicious, and the filling was great as well. It was one of the best Subway sandwiches I've ever had!
