Starbucks - Meadows Place

Not my favorite location, the work spaces are smaller and the staff is generally very apathetic. There is one particularly rude woman who I did not see anyone have a pleasant interaction with. Pretty disappointed because it is the Starbucks around me in the safest neighborhood, but the staff is pretty unpleasant.

I want to specifically thank Juanny at this location on west airport because he took ownership of my concern and found another option for me to be helped. He really surpassed any customer service experience that I ever had. Very empathetic and kindhearted professional. Thank you Juanny!!

Only had a 5-star start-up experience here on the afternoon on a Saturday. hopefully, these bad reviews are a thing of pastness and only the growing pain of a new location. great location, lots of parking space and lots of space, inside and outside. delicious beer. squeaky clean.

I love Starbucks and was very excited to see one open up so close to my home. I understand this location is new and is very busy however, I must comment my brief experience to help coach your staff. There was no greeting when I walked in as there usually is in other locations. I ordered 3 drinks on the app which were ready when I arrived, only 1 had a sleeve on it none had a stopper. I asked the guy I saw for a drink holder and maybe he didn’t hear me because he just walked away so I had to help myself. Kinda disappointed overall with the customer service and I’d probably go out of my way next time to further location or just stick to my usual place during working days only.

Sigh, I was so excited for this location to open. But alas, it was an utter disappointment. The place is new and super clean. That is the only positive. My drink which was a simple hot chocolate was bitter and watery. Right after I got my drink, a couple of ladies after me came back to the counter to complain about how their drinks tasted.No wifi available. That's a first for me in a Starbucks. So don't bother trying to get work here. Even your mobile hotspot will have issues here since the building blocks off any sort of reception for your phone. Welp, I'll just go to the other Starbucks on Murphy. This location isn't ready for customers.
