Ziggi's Coffee - Mead

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and their coffee is significantly better than the bitter drinks you find at Starbucks. However, it seems that there is a high turnover rate, as the staff often needs to explain our orders during each visit. I can only have skim milk now, and I usually order the Florentine, which is a mix of hot chocolate and coffee. Unfortunately, they often use chocolate milk instead, which is too sweet and not skim. I've also noticed that some of their drive-thru locations have been quite slow lately. Despite these issues, I've come to appreciate that they have employees at all; finding people willing to work has become increasingly challenging these days.

With my hectic schedule, I love catching up with friends at Ziggi's early in the morning. I visit this Mead location at least twice a week and have been a regular for several months now. As always, I'm greeted quickly and thanked when I leave. The staff is friendly and attentive, and, of course, the coffee drinks are amazing!

I absolutely adore Ziggi's Coffee and their amazing staff! They have a fantastic selection of beverages, and there's always a seasonal or new flavor to explore with each visit. The team at this location is incredibly welcoming, and they always take a moment to chat while you wait for your order. If you order anything coffee-related, you absolutely must try the chocolate-covered espresso beans—they're an essential treat! Their chai teas are also wonderful on their own. Additionally, they offer delicious smoothies, energizing caffeinated drinks, a wide variety of perfectly portioned snacks, and much more! You definitely need to stop by and check out this location! It's also a great place to tackle some schoolwork; the dining area is cozy, clean, and a lovely spot to study when it's not too crowded.

I’m so glad I discovered Ziggi’s! The drinks are fantastic, and the staff at the Mead location is amazing. My only issue is with the app; it has complicated screens and unclear error messages. It would be great if it could be more user-friendly for iPads, so that the many residents over 45 in town can easily navigate it and engage with the Ziggi's community.

Absolutely amazing! I recently made the switch from a competing brand that had the Mega Green label, and I can't believe I waited so long to do it! The blended drinks here are outstanding and I highly recommend them to everyone!
