Taco Bell - McPherson

I was good food and made right. Just need to work on the drive thru speed some days it's fast somedays it's alitte slow.

I have ordered this location 3 times. All 3 times I request hot sauce packets. All 3 times I recieved 0 packets. They also never put napkins in the bag. We are eating with our hands give us a couple napkins. Not to mention the employees are rude. This is by far the worst location I have EVER visited. And it is consistently a bad experience. Sadly I live in McPherson so I guess I'll only be getting Taco Bell when I go to Salina. They give napkins and are generous with the hot sauce.

Always short staffed and won't accommodate you when out of something! I ordered online for breakfast and got there 30 minutes before breakfast was over and they said oh we didn't drop enough eggs so we're out sorry! Always something with them!

The store manager told me to find a phone book and look up the District managers number he refused to take our order because they where under staffed but there was 3 cars in the lot and a moped. The lobby was closed for the same thing

Their Manager Matthew Starks was making racial slurs at a gas station in uniform last month and he still works there along with the two employees that were with him
