Got the butter chicken lunch special here, it was the driest butter chicken I have ever had. No sauce whatsoever. Salad also wasn't fresh. Will not be coming back.

Great weekly lunch menu. Affordable price. Some are halal items. Tastes awesome. I've had their tilapia, chicken salad and bean soup. Salad dressing is to die for. Direction is confusing. It's inside the same building as sports health not the building next door. Parking is $4-$5 if you go over the 15 min threshold. So order ahead.

I LOVE this place!!! From the warm hospitality of ALL the people who work here, to the outstanding quality of the food, to the exceptional value in their pricing. I don 't have one negative thing to say about them. I particularly like the double meat sandwich for breakfast after a hard workout in the gym. On top of everything else, I feel that the people here genuinely care about me as a person, and this makes all the difference in the world. I 'm a hard critic b/c I worked in luxury hotels the majority of my working life. My career started with Ritz-Carlton hotels. If a place can live up to my high expectations, they are outstanding. You owe it to yourself to check this place out!

This place is before you walk into the tysons sport and health. The man who runs it is a fantastic guy! Every week they have a chef special and I always get it... never fails to make me happy!
