Dunkin' - McKinney

I brought my family to 1/17 and watched how the manager (very big, white, crooked man) ran into the bathroom after an employee and started at the door. When the employee went out, he looked absolutely stoned. Then we heard the manager scream and curse at the employees very loud from behind. I had to throw my kids out because they were afraid and the language was so bad. I'm so sorry for the employees who work here and deal with this kind of management. I will bring NIE my children or family back here and if you don't like to hear absolutely passionate behavior from the upper administration, I would do the same.

Worst hot chocolate I ever had in my life. Try like brown water. Gag. I thought a coffee/donut place would ban hot chocolate. That's not the case. I had bad hot chocolate from a little business. I will continue to buy from the same comfortable business. At least you can't taste the water! The Kalachi I ate was pretty good.

We had to drive to the street at 6:30, just to say they had limited donuts in stock. About 4 different donut flavors. What kind of place that has “donuts” in its name have limited amounts of donuts. They close at 9:00 so you can't tell me it's because they were close. They had 2 and half an hour of business. What makes it even worse is that we went to the other DD of 380 and Hardin, the HAD NO DONUTS AT ALL, which is why we drove the additional 10 minutes to this Custer Rd location. As in the world, two DD sites have no donuts. What a waste of time. Never again.

The store closes at 10 a.m. on Saturday. I came at 9:40 for a pot of ice, and I was plagued with teenagers who worked there and screamed it too late at me lounging in the chairs. Wont be back.

I enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, however even when it is not busy, it can take a while to get your drinks or food. I still visit this location almost every day, so it's not a big deal.Food: 5/5
