Chick-fil-a - McKinney

It was an amazing experience all the employees where so nice and inviting, Addy was the cashier that helped me and she was the sweetest she introduced me to my new favorite drink the frosted strawberry lemonade!!

Ordered two sausage egg and cheese. I got two bacon egg and cheese

Was given the incorrect drink and didn't realize it until I was already half way down the street. Called the store and their only solution was for me to travel back to the store. This is ridiculous. I had my receipt with order . I don't have time to drive up and down 380 on a busy day in McKinney for $2.75+ tax, but I'll leave this review and will think twice before visiting a fast food chain. I used a drive-through to grab my first meal at chick-fil-A, and it didn't disappoint. It was a lovely chicken burger and the sauce was scrumpy. I hope I get another chance to explore their menu.

There are several reasons why I've enjoyed nearly every Chick-fil-A I've visited. The food is always great, the service is friendly, and the cleanliness is top-notch. However, I am lowering my overall rating to a 4 for this location due to some shortcomings in service. Most Chick-fil-As have staff members walking around to check if you need anything—be it refills, sauces, or other assistance— but this one did not have that. I had to search through several unclean tables to find one that was actually tidy, and when I tried to dispose of my trash, both garbage bins were full. The food itself was still excellent, and we arrived at 7:30 PM, which is typically not a peak time. This location could use some improvements to match the high standards of other Chick-fil-A restaurants.
