Bidra med feedbackI go to this location so often some of the baristas recognize me. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Sometimes the drive thru line may be slower than usual and it could be a bit stressful, but I normally try to place my order ahead so that I wouldn?t have to wait too long. Today was a long stressful day for me and I ordered a drink on my way home and picked it up and this is what I got. This totally made up for my long dreading day. Thank you guys and I will probably be there tomorrow to get another coffee.
A clean and relaxing atmosphere where all employees were friendly and polite allowed me and another guest to sit and work on a project while drinking great coffee. Any business whose action and environment shows a concern for customer satisfaction always gets my attention. The cleanliness of a restroom often indicates how management views sanitation and safety for its customers, and at this place, each time I visited, every area within view was clean. My experience at this Star Bucks warrants Five Stars!
The service is always great, but they are frequently out of bakery items, sandwiches and major ingredients for featured beverages (I had a ribbon crunch with no coffee. I think that made it a milk shake)
The worst. What kind of place watches you come in with all your stuff to work, setup your computer, let's you order, and then makes you ask if their wifi is working only then to tell you it's not. Or let's your order, with obvious intencions of sitting down (by setting stuff down first) only to tell you they close in 4-minutes after you get your drink. Plus it's dirty. When I worked at Starbucks, my manager would never let us present our store in such poor condition. Imagine, it's a brand new store.
What can I say about Starbees? I enjoy this location. It's clean and inviting. Service is with a smile. I don't see many masks anymore, though the sign is still on the door. Parking is good.
