I’m grateful for this true taste of fine dining in the heart of downtown McAllen. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend the pork chops. The place is casual and comfy. Our daughter and her husband brought us. We celebrated my wife's birthday and her menu had a personalized birthday greeting. The service showed care without being intrusive, and was cheerful. We had quail for an appetizer, then my wife had fish tacos and I had duck. Both meals were perfectly cooked and nicely plated. I was happy to find something that didn't blow my post heart-attack diet to smithereens. This is a great place for a special time. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend it.

The filet was tender and tasty, vegetables were grilled and crispy. the one-pot had a nice smokey taste. last but not least macaroni was skrumple. it was a family style to serve and I had to keep everything from eating.
