Mi Tierra Vegana - McAllen

My girlfriend and I visited the restaurant for the first time on the day they launched their falafel sandwich, and it was fantastic. They created a muenster cheese that was the best vegan cheese I've ever tasted. Everything else we tried was also delicious, but I really want to emphasize just how amazing that cheese was.

Everything we ordered was so appealing to the eyes and it even tasted better than it looked! Arturo, the owner, treated us like family.

Slow service. Little to no soy free or gluten free options. Nachos are pricey for the amount of chips you get, very tasty though. Refrigerated items have no expiration date so I suggest consuming asap. Overall, worth a try if you are willing to spend . Nice vegan

OMG, a hidden treasure. Awesome vegan food. Tasty and satisfying, you would never know you are eating just plant based food. I got the Mole enchiladas and they were excellent.

I do NOT recommend supporting this establishment based on how unethical the owner is with her staff. She under pays them, over works them, keeps their tips, sometimes doesn’t want to pay them at all. She talks about them and the customers behind their back. I have never heard of a owner so cruel as this one.
