Jack In The Box - McAllen

Where I come from, Jack in the Box is typically fast. Well I swing by this one and got stuck in the drive through line. Made me late. Couldn’t get out in time. Please do not come here. Watching the workers hang out while cars are piling up. I’m writing this review while in line. If I could add a picture of the workers not doing anything I would. They are chilling by the back door. Email me if you want the picture. I’ll send it to you.

It never fails that every Friday or Saturday I somehow find myself several times at this location around midnight and I see the employees with the hoses inside cleaning and everything turned off when it clearly states that they’re suppose to close at 2am and when I roll down my window and I’ve asked them why are they closing early then excuse has always been “due to covid schedules we are closing earlier than before”. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion and you all won’t be seeing me here again until it’s officially 24 hours and the hours are being respected.

Best jack place I've eaten before.. burger was actually hot as if just made. Not like others where burger meat was cold.. thumbs up on my visit ..but thats justmy opinion and experience..

No comment on the actual food again. Fast Food Burger. You like Jack's taste or not. The place was quite full and the customers were moved at the slow service. Only a register open and the poor boy who led it had to constantly call the manager to fix or set orders he didn't understand. No great experience, but I had even worse.
