Vittore Terrazzo - Mazatlán

Tuvimos excelente servicio. Hubo un error con un platillo que nos compensaron con un postre sin ningún inconveniente. El trato es de primera. Ampliamente recomendable.

La comida se me hizo muy justa, es decir el tama;o de la porcion me parecio muy poco. Tienen pocos vinos a elegir por copa. El mesero fue amable y nos atendio bien pero al momento de entregar la cuenta fue un caos, las cuentas, apesar de haber especificado que debian ser separadas no fueron separadas, por lo tanto al final de la noche hubo muchos malos entendidos y nos quedamos con un mal sabor de boca. Poner especial atencion a este punto tendria que haber sido importante para el mesero y el cajero. El estacionamiento interno es muy adecuado pero muchos no se percataron de que habia estacionamiento y se retrasaron buscando lugar por fuera, recomendaria tener alguna se;alizacion para esto.

Service was exceptionally slow. for our 8:00 clock reservation, sitting immediately. our server said that drinks were for two for one! nice. we ordered appetizers, cocktails and water within 15 minutes cocktails showed up 45 minutes after ordering. added, we were a table of 7 but very frustrating to observe that the bartender must see every drink in a recipe book as the others melted on the table. ordered our food as the cocktails and appetizers arrived. at this place I ordered a bottle of beautiful Mexican nebbiolo. Drinks were great and appies good no sign for our waiter to order another cocktail that would have been very nice. then we waited and waited. Finally the entrees arrived and there is no space to them as the cocktail glasses, bread plate and appetizer plate are all still in the table. the workers receive these fixed, serve plates out and an order is not mixed a big thing; it happens. send it back to get the kartoffels replaced by the ordered pasta. no wein and some of us had cleaned our cute. No one of us starts to eat as we wait for the missing meal and the cutlery so we can eat together. Finally, the mixed order will look delicious again and our server is gone like a shot no cutlery. no crying on the table. I am sorry to wait, go into the bar get our wein, a corkscrew, wein glasses a tablet and launch them to return to our table, our server appears again and I teach him quickly to get the cutlery on the table; I really mean eating was extraordinary! the flank steak was of two people, one with kartoffels and the other with pappardelle. both meat pieces are tasteful, delicate and perfectly cooked. the rest of our meal was great, but the flank was the star. oh, I almost forgot that the tatsacheura comes and the drinks are not 2:1 I wonder why and was told that our not qualified. I looked like a ****, but until then I was worn at 11:45.

Un lugar acogedor, delicioso y con precios razonables. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Siempre tardan demasiado entre las entradas y el plato principal; necesitan mejorar la rapidez en la cocina.
