Domino's Pizza - Mays Landing

I have been spoiled by experiencing the best, but this restaurant still serves a significant purpose in the Mays Landing Historic District.

Absolutely terrible experience. I usually order from this location every other week, but for the past six months, their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. They are consistently rude and seem to have no regard for their customers. About 60% of the time, my order is incorrect. On September 14th, I called and was hung up on for simply asking a question, to which the answer was no. I then called back and, quite frankly, had to escalate my complaint. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I’m completely done ordering from here.

The delivery driver, Apryl, arrived without saying a word or even smiling. I assumed she might have been having a tough day, so I wished her a pleasant evening. Once I got inside and opened my pizza box, I was shocked to see three fingerprints embedded in my pizza. I immediately called the store and spoke with Jackson, who offered me either a credit or a replacement pizza. I opted for a new pizza, as I didn’t feel comfortable eating one that seemed to have been tampered with. They sent out a replacement pizza, which took about an hour to arrive—once again, delivered by the same driver, Apryl. She handed me the pizza without a word and left. As I inspected the second pizza right in the doorway, I noticed that Apryl was watching me. To my dismay, I found yet another indentation in the new pizza. I had occasionally ordered from this Domino's before, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. When I called Jackson again to inform him about the fingerprints on the second pizza, he seemed indifferent and told me that he prepared my pizza and wasn’t worried about my concerns. I’m left feeling confused and disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of service. It’s clear that this location needs to improve their customer service and address concerns about food safety more seriously. I won’t be coming back again!

Dominos used to be Disgusting (many yrs later ago) We saw they opened a new shop on Mayslanding and decided to give it a try and It was really good idk if they buy better ingredients, or what but we have gone back several times.

Great service! Ordered right before they were about to close by mistake but the guy was super nice about it. The food came fast and was tasty.
