Clean Juice - Matthews

I went in yesterday (11-13-21) to take advantage of the bogo deal on The So Basic One smoothie. The staff was pleasant as always though no one was present when I entered the store. It took a few seconds to be greeted. The door of the cooler where detox drinks are usually stored adjacent to the entrance was wide open beeping. I wondered if I should close it, but decided not to since the beeping was happening when I entered the store. You can see the door still open in my video. I didn't know I had a $5 reward available until I was asked for my phone number. I was also asked if I wanted to use the reward on this order. I appreciate having an option. I've included a few pics I took from prior visits before I started leaving reviews here. Hate to say it, but the So Basic One smoothie definitely lived up to its name; nothing really stood out with the flavor.

First time customer! The Berry Bowl is my favorite! The restaurant is clean and the staff were super friendly! Awesome alternative to “fast” food! Fresh and healthy! We will definitely be back!

The Acai dish was fresh and seemed to use less process ingredients! The sweet level was perfect for me as I tried to reduce additional sugar in my diet. Customer service was also great!

Ordered a 2 juices, one wasn?t what I expected based off of me ordering this same juice a week prior from another location. The manager advised he would issue a refund and didn?t do it. I noticed several days later and called in about it and he had forgotten. The store was empty on the day that I came in so it wasn?t like they were so swamped it slipped his mind. Had I not been scrolling my statements for something else, I wouldn?t have noticed that the refund was not issued.

1st time visitor and Kira/sister were very nice. Got Chocolate One/coffee, very decent. Just had braces adjusted and usually go to another competitor but y'all have a new customer ?
