Missing our favourite Greek pizza from back home, we were so excited when we stumbled on Athens Pizzq and fell in love. Their pizzas, subs, and kebobs are great and the tiramisu is amazing! The food is yummy and the people are wonderful! Check it out! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and relaxed atmosphere! Best Kash-e Bademjan ever. It has friendly crew and cozy dining area for serving Kobabs and other Persian dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I'm very picky when it comes to Persian Food. At first glance, the place looks like a really cute deli that serves pizza and the like. (Good stuff). The sauce has a good balance of herbs and spices, like a good pizza sauce should! The crust was crisp with the perfect balance of airy softness and toppings were good quality. The menu is a perfect balance for the area. pizza orders were being called in every few min, it's a popular item here. But don't be fooled! I hit the jackpot. I ordered Persian food to go but, decided to sit down to sample the goods. I was not disappointed. The kabobs were moist and perfectly seasoned. The chicken breast kabobs were so tender and flavorful. The grilled tomato had that perfect char. The rice was fragrant, and fluffy with a hint of salt. The KaskeBadejan.. Melts in your mouth, floral olive oil, roasted eggplant, Carmelized onions, and they used Kaske. omg, it was just like my friend's Mother made. Excellent. They provided pita, raw onion, butter, and herbs. This is a big deal. If you know how to eat Persian food correctly, this is a sign of a traditional chef. I was in heaven. The owner is a warm and welcoming person. Cares about the customers and if they enjoyed the food. During our conversation, I found out that the owner keeps in contact with the chefs back in Iran. They discuss recipes and ingredients. always keeping up with traditional cooking. The location is low-key, with good parking, and a relaxing environment. Ordering is easy, the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are spotless, and tables and booths are deli-style seating. Drinks are cold, hot food is hot. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend going here. Try a bit of everything. I'm looking forward to dining here again.
