Again another great trip to Turks on vacation. We only had sushi rolls this time but you can NEVER go wrong. The thing I like on top of the great fresh fish varieties is just the sheer amount of options. Sushi galore! Sushi for days. I am always annoyed when heavy mayo based sauces or eel sauce just drown out the fish flavor. We got a few ones with orange salsa miso sauce... great flavor profiles that elevated the fish. They run the gamut of miso sauce to sweet to heat to fresh salsa combinations I always get fresh jalapeño a squeeze of lemon on the side add to such things. Amps up the fish. Turks is kind of a NEVER miss or fail for me when I've gotten sushi main entrees. The menu is HUGE! You could go here for a year never get the same dish. Casual, like the outside dining now, while it is often busy this just speaks to how good it is. Just try to go at an off time or get a cocktail at the bar while you wait.

Amazing service from Kirstin at the bar! Date night shrimp Mozambique was delicious! His food looked good too-his plate was clean!
