The Fox Inn - Matching Tye

What can I say except a massive thank you to all at the Fox Inn, we recently had my father's wake there, a hard time made so much easier by the wonderful people there, from making the booking everything was taken care of, a delicious mixed buffet with plenty of tea and coffee on hand. We were a little worried about parking for so many people, dad had 100+ guests at his wake, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were told they had also arranged for us to use the village hall car park, just around the corner. Everyone commented on how lovely the pub was and how friendly and courteous the staff were. I have also been there many times for Sunday lunch and they have never disappointed. Once again, to all at the Fox, I can't thank you enough for all you have done.

Very friendly, Sonia and girls on bar made us feel very welcome as always. Always happy and friendly to customers, always look forward to popping in for a drink.

Food is homemade and so fresh and delicious. Sonya served us and made our visit so lovely, service with a smile! Definitely coming back.

Had a great roast at The Fox today! First timers would highly recommend. No expert, but I know good food/quality when it comes, couldn 't fault it in any way, tasty, good sized portion everything one would expect from a decent roast dinner. As Arnie would say 'I 'll be back '

Stayed in this pub that also had accommodation, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when needed, would definitely recommend this place to stay, as rooms are very clean, tea coffee was topped up on a daily basis, and lovely outside space
