Sweetberry - Matawan

My husband picked up lunch for us on 7/28/22 and it seems like my Hermosa bowl was premade and came right out of the freezer. The fruit is rock hard frozen and it is not enjoyable or easy to eat. I am very disappointed. Update 8/15/22: After a lengthy email exchange with Cherry where I had to prove that I purchased a bowl, I received a free bowl added to my reward account. If it wasn't for the free bowl, I definitely would not have returned, so I appreciate the gesture.

This is my preferred smoothie bowl restaurant. They keep it simple by allowing customers to create their own bowl without overwhelming choices. Just pick your ingredients from the options on the menu board. The taste is excellent, better than other options available.

I had a delicious tuna poke dish that was fresh, well-portioned, and had the perfect sauce to food ratio. The sweetberry bowl was incredible, with beautifully fanned bananas and huge, crisp blueberries that tasted in-season. I especially loved the Nutella spread underneath the fruit, preventing it from sticking to the bowl. Overall, it was an amazing lunch experience. Thank you!

I am grateful for the gesture, as without the free bowl, I would not have returned.

I visited this restaurant with my sister and we each ordered a salad and a poke dish. Unfortunately, both of our orders were incorrect and barely had any food in them. We paid $16 for two bowls with very small portions, which was not worth it. We didn't realize the mistake until we got home. It was very disappointing because this place used to be great.
