Little Caesars - Massillon

I actually traveled a long distance to these little Caesars. I'm here because I always had exemplary service and good food. Today was a small exception from the rule. I ordered my food and asked to be ready in 45 minutes, what it wasn't. It was another 15 minutes after I had to sit and wait for it. I placed my order with a young lady named Holly and then finally phoned her again when I asked myself what the problem was. Your customer service skills and their good demeanor left me a happy little caesars from Massillon customers. Since I sit here and eat my food, it's still as delicious as usual. Thank you.

I’m giving 4 stars because the two young gentlemen who managed the entire shop did an exceptional job on a busy Monday night. These high school students stayed composed and worked hard to provide excellent service to the customers. They could have used more help, but I was truly impressed by how they handled the crowd—better than many adults would. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, which is even more impressive considering how busy they were. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I went through today at about 12:30 a.m., and the guy who worked the window was super nice and super helpful, and in contrast to all the others I recently treated could be said that he actually loved his job, and did it to the best of his ability. He told me his name, but I can't remember everything, and also the Italian cheese bread I bought was so fresh and so delicious! Best $5 dollar meal I have eaten in a long time! Much better than the disgusting pizza I got in a local Papa John's in canton recently was cold, burned, dry and not cut, and that was $25 dollars! So anyway I recommend the Massillon Little Caesars and will be back!!!

I've always had great experiences at Little Caesars Pizza, but yesterday they went above and beyond. The staff even helped me with my car! I really appreciate the kindness of the people who work there.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not good; the dough was undercooked and doughy in the center of the pizza. We also didn't receive the seasoning we specifically requested. Additionally, for a "most bestest" pizza, it was lacking in both pepperoni and cheese, though it was overloaded with sauce, which I found puzzling. It seems like following simple orders shouldn't be so difficult. Now I have to figure out something else to feed the kids. To make matters worse, we had to wait in the truck for about 15 minutes in nearly 90-degree heat because we ordered seasoning and never received it. Very frustrating!
