Waffle House - Mason

We walked in and there were 3 dirty tables, after waiting 20 minutes and seeing 3 workers standing around not doing anything, I asked if someone could clear off the 3 dirty tables and the old lady’s response was not at the moment. Not the answer you should be giving paying customers. Needless to say we left. I will gladly spend my money at a better place!

Great Waffle House with quick, friendly service! Our food was hot and delicious! Their chocolate milk is very creamy and delish!! A great way to start the day before spending our day at Kings Island!!

We needed some breakfast... and our family decided on here. It's always fun, for the kids, to be able to sit at the bar and watch them make our food as we wait. We had waffles 4 each (one with chocolate chips on top, one with blueberry nougat, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips each topping .50). We also had the Sausage, egg, cheese biscuit 2.75. And the Two Egg Breakfast Bacon 7.25. All the food was good. But I wish we would have asked for the bacon and sausage to be a little less crispy/cooked. Otherwise, pretty good. And service was kind and quick and even had fun sharing jokes with the kids!

Filthy, nasty, just gross everywhere.the waitress laughed as we entered and I asked where do we sit. She said if you can find a Clean table you can sit there . To be clear there are less than a dozen tables in the whole place.And every one was dirty and I mean food chunks and napkins etc, not just a little dirty.I came from the west coast and wanted to try Waffle house so I cleaned my own table and seated my family there. The waitress was utterly clueless (brain dead? . We ordered three drinks. The soda fountain was approximately ten feet away. Between there and our table she lost a drink! (seriously . I asked as she sat down two drinks where is my soda she was bewildered. And took 8min walking in circles to decide to get a new one. I decided to join in looking. And the soda was on the fountain where it was poured! Omgosh id love to say the story gets better but it definitely did not. Half our orders were totally wrong. (we were 1of 2 tables, clueless like I said she re wrote our correct order and guess what we got wrong plates again... We just ate it because it wasn 't worth the effort to talk to her again.This place is a joke the employees were a joke. This place is definitely the worst restaurant I 've eaten at.So all in all I suppose I got the Waffle house experience. Half decent food one step up from dining in a dumpster.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. I never had a bad meal from the waffle house. they had bluffed and wiped off as it was dirty and they were not busy at that time. I'm back.
