Subway - Mason

Extremely poor service. Poor cleaning. I would strongly recommend management to reconsider your hiring. Young blond woman was dismissive and rude, she took forever to help me even though I was the only customer. Did not make what I asked for, so I asked again to prepare xyz. She place one of my items in the oven and left leaving the other unattended, when she came back I told her that there was a fly walking all over my other item, not surprisingly, she made a face and proceeded to remove the cheese and wanted to put the item in the oven. Of course I told her that I was not going to take that item and that I wanted a new one. She made a face like a child being scolded, walked back to the kitchen came back to rudely prepare another. I ended up only taking one pizza and sadly when I was paying I saw a fly flying from one cookie to the next inside the cookie box. Absolutely disgusting.

Keep going travelers. This one isn’t worth stopping for.

Staff was having issues in the kitchen (fan vent apparently wasn’t working again, place was filling with smoke) adjacent to the subway. Staff was lax and food mediocre

Slow service. Only white bread. Phone app didn't work, so app deal didn't work.

The guys here are doing an awesome job! Fantastic service with a friendly vibe.
