Panera Bread - Mashpee

They're having staffing issues and the service has gone from bad to worse. My rapid mobile order of a salad and bowl of soup was still not ready after 45 minutes of waiting. I finally cancelled the order and ask for a refund. Won't be returning as this isnot a reliable place to get food on your lunch hour.

Went inside were I was only person in line I waited 5-7mins before anyone came over to register.Instead of apologizing for wait manager quickly interrupted me ordering to say all orders are a minimum 30mins.Wouldn?t even listen to me attempt my order whichI simply wanted a cup of soup.Terrible service I?d recommend staying away unless you have well over 30mins for lunch

The good thing is the kids actually eat whenever we go here but I?m hardly ever satisfied with my meal and/or the service. The service in particular is atrocious at times. They can get away with it since nobody?s paying people what they deserve so, youget workers that don?t give a flying? fudge. I don?t blame the workers but I do blame executives of this multi-billion dollarcorporation. When I eat here, I?m contributing to allowing some CEO to continue to sit on his yacht while thousands toil to makefood for ungrateful patrons like myself. The meals taste decent enough (boring, obviously appealing to theblandest-common-denominator) but they usually lack meat (like a chicken sandwich will have about half the amount of chicken itshould have), and/or my favorites aren?t available (like most of the good rice bowls and salads). They always say ?SOLD OUT.? Good explanation for why patrons have to go back to the counter for seconds. The kids love their Mac n Cheese, so I willcontinue to come back expecting much of the same and enjoy myself in the company of my kids, patrons and staff.

Panera is the ?bomb.com? as some may say, but this man in particular THROUGHOUGLY enjoyed his meal. He ordered not one, but two full mac and cheese sandwiches and finished them both to completion. The staff was lowkey rude at times, and it was weird thattheir straws weren?t wrapped but in general, a 7.5
