Chocolats Favoris - Mascouche

Was packed full but still managed to get through pretty unscathed. They served us quickly and friendly staff offering tastings.

Excellent choices ???? Expect long lines at times. Chocolate sundae ended up soupy beware while ordering that one.

First time experience. Absolutely unexceptionable! Sunday aftenoon I decided to stop at Favoris for a treat for my wife. The display case had some amazing desserts. I selected the warm chocolate brownie. It had ice cream, 3 little pieces of chocolate and chocolate syrup on it in the display case. I asked for whip cream instead of the ice cream, "it 's an Extra Charge! Doesn 't include the 3 little pieces of chocolate either, another Extra Charge! The lady made a sour face and decided not to charge for the whip cream. Remember I didn 't want the ice cream. She said, the pieces of little chocolate was definitely an Extra Charge! Spent $8.75, no ice cream or pieces of chocolate. This would of cost $12.00 plus. The point is I smell corporate greed! You don 't display a pizza slice and say sorry sir the pepperoni, cheese etc. is an extra charge, lol. Regardless of how good a companies product is don 't false advertise!

I wanted to thank the cashier for assuming my boyfriend was buying a box of chocolates for his mother. It was for our one year anniversary, but considering our age difference I sure got one hell of a laugh when I saw a box designated for Mother?s Day. Partially his fault for not looking at what she put in the bag, albeit the situation mortified and embarrassed him. I haven?t laughed this hard since confinement started. ????

The chocolate dipped ice cream is very good, but way too sweet for me. I can only take a few bites. I wish they had more items on their menu for reasonable prices as there is nothing interesting. I do like the poutine, but barely any fries in it, so not worth my money or time. In other words I go once in a while to please the partner, but would not go on my own.
