Not too many choices around lake mountain to stay in. Peppers is one of the better ones however it is not like some other Accor/Peppers resorts. The aircon is super noisy, the aircon light is a super bright night light. The water in the shower goes hot to cold constantly. The car park is located quite far from the rooms. Cleaning staff left their dirty cloth in the room (seems to be a common problem these days post covid). Staff are nice and the restaurant is good too. Ops sorry forgot to take photos! I rarely give low star feedback. But Peppers Marysville really disappointed me this time. The reception service was nice and besides that almost everything far from my expectations. I spent almost $350 for one night room and was given a room with no coach and no balcony which is totally different from what I’ve seen on the website. The noise proof is terrible. Wall is like made of paper. We can easily hear people talking next door and outside which made my sleep disrupted late night and early morning. Central heating is very noisy as well which sometimes makes weird sounds. The breakfast is another nightmare. Obviously the restaurant lack of staff and the lady who arranged the table has to help with kitchen and food preparation as well because of that. A long waiting line there for many empty dishes that people stands there for long time and no one comes regularly to fill up the food. The overall experience is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to try this place even if the location is great and reception was nice yet the room itself definitely not worths what I paid for. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 4

Excellent , Service and facilities all really good. Friendly staff too. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is to maybe touch up some of the paintwork in the rooms. There was quite a large chunk missing in my room. The area is beautiful and it’s great to see it finally all growing back after the fires in 09. Conveniently located in Marysville. Nice scenery. Newly renovated rooms. Friendly front desk. Hotel is very generous. I m a platinum member and got upgraded to suite. They gave us a large portion of welcome snacks. You can see from the photo. This is the largest that I ever received. The cheese are super yummy I think all those are locally produced. We were enjoying the snacks and scenery in the spacious living area. Well done Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
