Mcdonald's - Maryland Heights

The food was just fair. Not hot. The total amount was 10 and some changes. Could get a complete meal at Denny's for the same price and better

This place is well prepared. We started to notice that the frits often go from no salt to excessive amounts. While most of the McDonald's menu has become very inconspicuous, this memory often worsens that experience with cold and stale well. There is much to be desired at this point. Our latest disappointment used the on line ordering app. On arrival there was no order to wait for me. Sighs!

For the first time a McRib. The taste was great. I expected actual rib meat. Macha Frappuccino great as ever. Next time I have to try an applesitter.

I had two older ladies when ordering by driving through I ordered the 2 for $4 breakfast and she offered me jelly that awakened my interest and my sandwich AHHHHMAZING would never try it without them. I have the best service I ever have at a Mcdonalds!

Some of their employees are so rude. They were really busy tonight and they only told me my total instead of telling me what I ordered, and that?s Customer Service 101 is to read back the order before the customer pays for it. When I asked what I ordered they got an attitude and after they told me they slammed the window closed. They always have people working in their drive thru that are too busy gossiping during a rush to take care of the customers coming through, the fries they give me are always freezing cold and not even salted and they act like it?s the end of the world when you pull into the drive thru to order and rush you to finish ordering your food.
