Bidra med feedbackEverytime I go there, which is about twice a week they end up leaving something out of my order. I have to make sure my order is correct now before leaving. Because this has happened to me on 4 different occasions.
I LOVE Chick Fil-A and CFA Martinsville has great staff and great food. My complaint is that I sat in the drive thru today for at least 20 minutes. I always place my order on the mobile app, which should make the process faster, but that is not always the case. Most of the time there is two employees taking orders in one line while only one employee is taking orders in the other line in the drive thru. It also seems that once you pull around to get your order that other cars, besides the one that is at the head of the line, are getting their orders. This in turn slows down everything especially if you are in the inside line. You could be stuck for quite a while at times because the first car is not asked to move up so the cars behind that have received their order can exit the line. I definitely think that things could be improved when it comes to the drive thru experience.
It's Chick-fil-A. No matter how busy, they are friendly, efficient, and the food is good. Plus they know how to make sweet tea. Quick trip through the drive thru in between baseball games. Perfect!
It's chick fil A, what can I say you kind of expect a level of perfectionism and this chick fil a..sure does exceed. I've had chick fil a all my life...everywhere and never had better chicken then this location in VA. It hits different. Thank the chicken Gods
The food was great, but the past few times I've been here we did wait in the Drive-Thru longer than I have at other stores. Which was strange, because last time I was the first person in line at the drive-thru and still had to wait a few minutes at the window. It wasn't a rush or anything either. It was just odd.
