Wayward Social - Marshalltown

The staff of the Marshalltown Public Library had a great time gathering for dinner at this restaurant!

I have always loved the pizza at this place. Which is why i cant understand why they changed it up and did not mention it anywhere that they were now allowing the chefs to adulterate the pies with whatecer seasonings they felt like. Someone got a little happy with the hot peppers, and my sensitive stomach was not happy about it. If it aint broke, dont fix it!On the plus side, the item was quickly deducted from our bill. Im just sad it ruined my young son's birthday dinner.

Had not been here since it was Totem Bowl or whatever way back when. I was blown away by the incredible makeover this place got. It is beautiful inside. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff helpful and energetic. Ruthie on tap!

We experienced numerous technical issues with our bowling lanes at the restaurant. Despite multiple attempts to fix the problem, including resetting the lane, changing lanes, and restarting the game, the scores remained inaccurate. For example, a gutter ball was registered as hitting 1 pin, and a 9-pin hit was mistakenly scored as a strike. Frustrated with the ongoing issues, we eventually gave up and continued playing with the inaccuracies, as we were tired of constantly asking the staff for assistance.

I enjoyed a delicious burger and fries at the restaurant before going bowling. It was fantastic.
