Pizza Ranch - Marshall

There is a manager there. Her name is Amy. I went in there with a group of my coworkers. We generally go at least two times a week and we have had an issue with her just about every time. My card was not working and she made some rude comments about me not being able to afford pizza ranch and said maybe one of my pals can pay for me. Ends up my card worked just fine. Then the whole time we were there she just sat on her phone while all the tables were a mess. I have felt nothing but disrespected while being there and my coworkers have felt the same. Not sure we will be going there any more or order pizzas for our meetings from there any more. It is all due to the disrespect and lack of effort by amy. I personally find it unacceptable and the rudeness when first walkinf into that place makes me want to leave. Just handing me a cup and saying go find a seat. Not a thank you or anything. Then I have to stand there and wait for her to get off her phone to pay for the food. Very sad because it is one of my favorite places but I will no longer be going there. We had a great time at my daughter's birthday. The salad bar was full, the chicken was warm, and the pizza looked great!! So being house bound and carving Pizza ranch I wanted to see if they resumed delivery. I see this site and I see contact less delivery. I call in and then I try and confirm delivery. The girl on the other end rudely tells me no and to order from door dash and hung up. Why would I pay more?? A month later I am out with my worker. Just went under wind-chill advisory. I called in earlier for a pizza. TOLD the person I wouldn't be in for two hours. I come in waited for 15 minutes in an dead restaurant. I had to go find someone. Then wait another ten minutes only for me to discover my pizza made an hour earlier and was in the warmer. I told them when I would be picking up. An lame sorry and offer to make a fresh but it would be 20-25 minutes. I stated I didn't have the time. No refund offered lame apology. So some advice. Invest in delivery again because I refuse to pay door dash prices. When an customer calls in and says two hours don't make that pizza an hour earlier. Don't know what is going on with this place. Macaroni so gross. I feel bad for swallowing it. Everything's a rip-off. But at least people could give a darn to give you food that actually Is has some quality besides poor. My dog won't eat the chicken Kid-friendliness: If you go there, take your kids, it will even out the price that you have spent children waste food. But then again, you probably shouldn't feed crapy quality food to your kids.
