Vegan or vegetarian. you do not order paper but there is a degotation menu that varies according to the season, with possibility of some variations. very intimate place, on the hill, to try!

It is tough to get to this restaurant, but once you are there......its beautiful. We sat down at our table and asked for a menu, like anyone would normally do at a restaurant. And SURPRISE....they do not have one???!!!!??? They have a set 8 course meal...and every course would be a surprise, we did not really have a choice but to say yes to it. had driven a long way to get here! Our long meal strated and it was really good!! Also it was surely extra for our appetites, but we had no choice. So we ended up not eating it all, which was a shame. The next surprise was the bill......it was expensive! We would love to go back, but would prefer if they have a cheaper option of 6 course meal or something.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and it never disappointed me. They have a monthly menu of 7 different servings. each one is fruit of a study made of travels and experimentation, so I would say it's a fusion experience. I never found a single dish that i didn't like, since everything is so delicious. What is more, the owners are super nice and friendly. Super suggested!
