I waited about 10 minutes to place my order, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee making my sandwich seemed to recognize someone who had just walked in line. After she finished preparing my order, I went to pay, but she let the person she knew cut in front of me and asked me and my two-year-old to step aside so they could pay first. I wish I were joking about this. While I could overlook the slow service, the wilted vegetables, and the small flies buzzing around, that incident was one of the rudest things anyone has ever done to me. I really hope someone from Subway will reach out to address this situation. Just unbelievable.
I let the franchise owner, Kartik, know that the chicken in my sandwich didn't taste quite right. Unfortunately, all I received was an apology, with no offer to replace the sandwich I had paid for. I won't be going back to this restaurant.
I can't recommend dining at this Subway unless you're really hungry. I ordered a sub for my young son and specifically asked for no hot sauce since it was for him. After they wrapped it up, he took a bite and immediately started crying because it was too spicy. On top of that, they refused to accept any coupons. When I asked why Subway sends out coupons if they're not going to honor them, the lady couldn't give me an answer and suggested I ask someone else—though it seemed like they weren't very helpful. It felt like the wrong people were in the wrong place. Just a warning to be cautious if you decide to eat here.
I went to this Subway on Super Bowl Sunday and ordered nine sandwiches. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I had a wonderful experience overall!
I strongly recommend that you steer clear of this restaurant. My brother recently began working there, and they offered him a mere $8.30 an hour, which is far below the minimum wage. This is not only exploitative but also reflects a troubling lack of professionalism; they even printed his pay stub on receipt paper, showing a complete disregard for standard business practices. Additionally, when he inquired about his schedule, they ignored him and refused to compensate him for his training hours. They claimed he had only worked 3 hours, while the actual total was 39.3 hours—and he is still a minor. I would advise against both working and dining at this establishment.
