Taco Bell - Marlow Heights

We went through the drive-thru and ordered three soft tacos but realized we forgot something. The wait at the drive-thru wasn't long, so we decided to go inside to retrieve what we missed. There were only two other people waiting inside. We used the kiosk to place our order for nachos and a drink. Unfortunately, the staff member made a mistake with our order and threw it away. In the meantime, two other customers came in, placed their orders, and left before we were served. We ended up waiting twenty minutes for a plate of nachos that were cold and messy. I will not be returning. When I asked the employee about the delay, he simply apologized and said our order would be ready soon. I was frustrated, especially since I was running late for an appointment because of the wait. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me.

The woman working the drive-thru tonight was incredibly friendly and enjoyable; she truly brightened my evening. I really wish we had more people like her in customer service positions.
