Silk Road Bistro - Marlborough

We're regulars at this restaurant because it's always excellent. The food is consistent, fresh, and flavorful. It's our top choice for Chinese cuisine, and the owner is fantastic. Being a family-run establishment, you really can't go wrong here.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy some delicious, non-greasy Asian cuisine! The scallion pancakes were possibly the best I've ever had. My son and I shared a tofu dish, a chicken dish, and the house fried rice. The tofu was exceptional—it's a challenging ingredient to master, but it was wonderfully cooked. The chicken was excellent as well! The fried rice was perfectly tasty, not greasy or overly salty like you often find in many Asian restaurants. The prices are quite reasonable given the quality of the food, and the service was attentive and friendly, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to include more kid-friendly meal options, as there aren't many available so far. We will definitely make this one of our go-to spots!

I've had the pleasure of dining here three times—twice for takeout and once in-house. Each visit, we sampled different items from the menu, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! The service is both quick and friendly, and the food is outstanding. The vegetable fried rice was packed with fresh vegetables and not overly greasy, and the General Tso's chicken was made with generous pieces of white meat, avoiding the gristle I've encountered at other places. The chef's specials are also excellent. The only slight drawback is that parking on Main Street can sometimes be a hassle, but since they now offer delivery, that shouldn't be much of an issue. I'm really glad this place is open—definitely give it a try!

The traditional Chinese cuisine here is consistently excellent. The service is outstanding, and the staff truly know how to treat customers with attention and care. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking authentic Chinese food.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious, and our group had a mix of people with numerous food allergies, vegans, and omnivores, and they were able to accommodate all of us. I highly recommend them.
