Bidra med feedbackThis review is long overdue! I had my nieces bridal shower here in June 2023. Everything was perfect! The food, atmosphere, cocktails and staff were superb! Compliments from our guests confirmed my feelings...I wouldn't hesitate to host another event at Sam Vera's. Thank you, Steve, Sammy and staff for making the bridal shower nothing less than spectacular! Food: 5

This is a very recent review of June 2011. I went there tonight with my husband to celebrate our very special (2nd anniversary) and had one of the WORST meals in the last memory. At first we had a hot antipasto appetizer that sounded good, but came cold and the eggplant had such a strange from tasting spices, I immediately became nauseous (the NIE happens to me). The bread/bread sticks seemed to be attractive at first, but the bread was barely warmed and slightly stale tasting, and the flatbread was rock-hard (they are lucky if nobody breaks a tooth seriously!! Then the main meal: a duck of linguini and clams how do you screw that?? Oh, yeah, I know how to serve lukewarm RUBBERY Clams!! And my dish was even worse Veal Piccata, who hardly had a sauce, about 50 capers (not exaggerated, but the calf itself was the worst part of the meal. Cold and clear. I'm not a picky eater, but when I cut some small pieces, it was like gum. I don't know why it wasn't edible. I couldn't place completely if it was undercooked or overcooked or if the calfse itself was of poor quality. I gave it back when I complained that it wasn't hot, and got it back a few minutes later, so cold. The only positive thing I can notice is that they have replaced the (also chewing pea pans on my plate that I had eaten. I am not Italian, but trust me, I would have been MUCH better to pay the top dollar for a piece of calf in my supermarket, and I cook myself, and it would have been MUCH tastier, cheaper and of higher quality. I introduce you to a few polite KRITIQUEs (ESPECIALly IF LESS RECENT THAN MINE AND AVOID DIESER PLACE like PLAGUE. Save your money (our 2 dinners without drinks, salads or desserts cost us over $60.00 and go to A
