Our kids love their chicken wings!Cozy and friendly service, they offered scissors to cut the food into a small bite for our younger one.

This is my first google review and I 'm a 7-year loyal customer of Yunshang. But today, their attitude really disappointed me. I ordered my food at 6:20 pm, and I 've been waiting for approximately 30 minutes. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but I was too hungry. So I asked one of the staff if they could serve our food faster since we had been waiting for approximately 30 minutes. The staff said she was going to check whether we had really waited for 30 minutes. So she went to the counter, checked our order, and said, 'It 's actually 17 minutes. ' We received no apology the whole time. This kind of customer service is really a joke, and I will never visit again. While other staff provide very kind and great service, the person responsible at the counter is lower than one star.

I always get their tomato or spicy rice noodle soup. They offer free unlimited in store refills. Which I think make it really worth it even though their prices have went up by a little. You can also swap out the side ingredients for ones you like better. If you become a VIP, you get 10% off every time you come and can collect point for free items like noodle soup, appetizers and more!

The soup was really salty. I didn’t drink it. I wish I had added a glass of water.
