Red Lobster - Marion Township

I have often raved about the food. But the staff went above and beyond protecting us in yesterday's tornado strike. Warmth is a hallmark of this store, but I've rarely felt so cared for and safe. Thank you, everybody!!!

The food was good but servings were small. Paid almost $100 for 3 people and would 've went away hungry had it not been for the endless biscuits.I had the maple bacon chicken with fries and broccoli. The chicken was very good but was about as thick as a McDonald 's hamburger patty. Fries were good and crisp which I like. The broccoli, well, it was steamed and a rich green color but flavorless.Daughter had the steak and Walt 's shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes and loaded baked potato, since their side selection is sparse. She liked her sides but baked potato was a bit over cooked. Her shrimps were to her liking but only had 3 or 4. The steak was cooked medium, the way she enjoys it, and very small.My wife had the all you can eat shrimp. Once you 've been given the first of 2 styles shrimp you wait 15 minutes for the next round of 4 to 6 shrimp. So you get tired of waiting for more shrimp and decide to leave.It 's hard to see in the pictures but the lamp at our table was very dusty. Our waitress was excellent.

The endless shrimp was definetly endless and was brought out quickly. Great server who had great recommendations!!!

Last trip there was on the specials day. Admirals feast should have cost 22 bucks. New male server charged me 30 plus my 7 dollar tip. You lost a customer... Was a steady customer for yrs when jen was there. Now we go to golden corral and dont get ripped off.

My daughter and I went for my birthday and ordered the Endless shrimp. The food was great, but the service was incredibly slow. She brought biscuits and no drink, we had eaten the biscuits before the drinks even arrived. The meal came and as friends suggested we ordered the next shrimp choice, we waited for 20 minutes for those and also the next ones. We had finished eating before they came. Each wait was SO long......how long does it take to drop a order of 5 fried shrimp!! We then waited 15 minutes for the check! I believe it was done purposely to make you eat less shrimp, we left unhappy with the experience. Not as unhappy as the table near us who complained loudly about the service, and they had every right to. We didn't but our faces should have said enough, way to ruin what was supposed to be a fun lunch. We were there on Friday for lunch and there were only a few tables, we went when they opened at 11.......we were there for an hour and a half. Not crowded, NO excuse !
