Today would have been the first time I 've been to caspers internet cafe, I arrived around 2 p.m. there was no open sign on there was another lady that was sitting in her car. The lady that was sitting in her car went to the door and knocked , an employee came out and said we 're not going to be open for another 30 minutes. The lady said well what time do you open the employee stated I am not opening for 30 more min the employee was very rude, I will not be back there .
