Bidra med feedbackWe frequently stop at JJs while traveling for work, and we've always been pleased with the food, atmosphere, and service. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as great. They don’t accept American Express, which we've never encountered at any JJs locations before. The food was standard, but the service was below average, and the atmosphere was just okay.
*Update*: I ordered two subs—one for my wife and one for myself—thinking I could enjoy them later that night. I specifically requested my sub without onions, and the wrapper confirmed that. However, when I opened it, there were onions inside. I don't expect perfection, but I’m baffled by how that mistake happened.
I always enjoy their food and service. They deliver quickly, even when they're short on staff.
Male cashier was not friendly at all and seemed to be annoyed that he had to take orders. I ordered a sub and told him the number I wanted which I assumed comes with a drink like most places but either he didn’t hear me or I was mistaken and never got a cup for a drink. I asked for provolone cheese on the sub and was told they don’t have that, I understand stuff runs out but it seemed they don’t have it at all ever which is crazy, idk of any sub place that doesn’t have all cheeses! The person who I’m assuming is the manager Askari was very friendly, polite and gave me a bag for the sub since I had my hands full carrying a baby! As for the sub, I’m not a fan of the bread it just tasted bland and stale really no flavor, some of the lettuce had brown pieces and it’s pretty skimpy on ingredients. Not really worth the price in my opinion.
They messed up a sub and they made me a new one brought to my house and apologized. They also made an extra one so I had to leave a review. I appreciate it.
