Bidra med feedbackMany years have passed since I have dined at Ruby Tuesday. Honestly, the main reason why I came here (besides being hungry) was because it was the nearest restaurant that was open at the time that offered dining in. My order: Awesome Burger: For being a plant-based burger, I was satisfied with how filling it was and yet shocked that it was only 80 calories. I do not count y calories, but low number of calories was shocking to me. The brioche bun was nice and toasty, and I enjoyed that with the burger. I did not modify the toppings on the burger (lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles); however, in the future I would want to top it differently. Service wise I was happy with my waitress. She performed her job well. I felt bad because it seemed like she was the only one in the restaurant. Consequently, the service time was a little bit longer than it should have been. Management should do a better job with staffing their restaurant so that speed of service may improve.
Came here because I hadn't been in years. Guess I won't be back. Not the worse in the world but definitely not good. First took a while to get greeted. Second I ordered the happy hour spinach dip, was charged full price. Ordered the happy hour drink was overcharged a dollar. The glass was ridiculously tall and the drink way too sweet and weak. The salad bar was cold which is good and stocked. The iceberg lettuce needed to be tossed. Brown spots. The ranch dressing was practically empty and even when I went for my second round it was empty. The biggest disappointment was the pasta salad. A few years ago they took it off and then put it back. It used to taste like my grandmother's. This has zero taste and the sauce they use, which should be the consistency of mayo was more like olive oil. The chips for the dip were horrible. You can see the oil sitting on top. They were stuck together and were soft. Server was ok she was walking around so I can't really blame her for the restaurant being understand. No one was running food so my food came out dead,. I asked them to refresh it for me and I heard the cooks complaining. Actually the food runner should have never have delivered it and had it refreshed before it left the kitchen. I use to like Ruby Tuesday's. The menu has nothing exciting on it. The food is ok. I got the shrimp pasta and the shrimp was so tiny. I'm not sure if it's the restaurants fault but you don't put tiny shrimp with a penne pasta. Watch a cooking show every now and then. At least the sauce was good, and the pasta was cooked al dented. Won't be back.. of well
Terrible experience from the drinks to the food that came out almost cold. Drink that you paid for top shelf nothing but sour. I use to love going here but, the quality of service, food and drinks is not good at all. I must say that the salad bar was great as usual.
My wife and I went to Ruby Tuesday on last Sunday. The young lady that greeted us, Dylesha, was all smiles as she took us to our tables and whenever we had a question for her. The General Manager, Bernard, spoke to us and was very personable. Our server, Keisha, was very attentive to us making sure that our needs were met. The food was delicious. I had the salmon with broccoli and rice. The broccoli was cooked just like I like it. I loved his ribs, shrimp and chicken tenders. All in all it was a great experience.
Despite being under staffed I was acknowledged right away. Every one was in a good mood and made everyone feel very comfortable.Food was awesome and came out quickly!
